WHY OUR STRUCTURE WORKS

Commitment to Quality

Over the past 10 years, our success rate of filling a search with this level of commitment is 98%. The industry average for a contingent search is 26%.

 

We work with no more than six tax searches at a time, allowing more time and resources to be devoted to your search. This translates to two recruiters dedicated to each search we perform.

 

The traditional contingent firm works 16 searches per recruiter because they have to hedge their odds of success when working multiple contingent assignments. This creates an environment in which the contingent recruiter must work the job opening that is the easiest and quickest to fill. Often, this translates to limited time spent on your tax openings. This model doesn't provide the best candidates or a chance to create a long-term successful tax team development process with us.

We want this to be an enjoyable and easy process for you. In the event you decide to partner with our firm, we will make sure we clearly understand your needs and develop a targeted recruiting plan to identify the best talent for your opening. We will also provide you with a weekly progress report; assist with interview scheduling, reference and background checks.

Can you still work with other firms? Yes, all that we ask is that you inform us if there are several candidates in the interview process at the time we take the search.
